This Privacy Policy explains how the Destiny Cards Tarot mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Summary

• The App does not require you to create an account.
• The App does not show ads and does not sell your data.
• The only information that leaves your device is the text of the question you choose to ask and the cards drawn, which are sent to our server solely to generate your reading interpretation.

Information we process

1. Reading inputs (sent to our server).
When you request an interpretation or use "Ask the Oracle", the App sends the following to our server at https://destinycards.online:

• the question text you type (if any),
• the names of the cards drawn in your reading,
• your selected language.

This information is used only to generate the written interpretation that is returned to you. To produce interpretations, this content may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence service providers acting on our behalf. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not require your name, email, or any account to use the App.

2. Reading history (stored on your device).
Your past readings are saved locally on your device using the device's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this history.

3. Notifications.
If you enable notifications, the App may send you reminders such as your Card of the Day. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
• We do not require or create user accounts.
• We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.

Data security

Information transmitted between the App and our server is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Data retention

Reading inputs are processed to generate your interpretation. Reading history is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• You can use the App without typing any personal details into your question.
• You can clear your local reading history by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
• You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision.
